One stick. A finished machine. No internet required.

You know the drill: a new laptop arrives, and somebody loses an afternoon to Windows setup screens, update cycles and app installs — usually the person who never asked to be the IT department.

Decolla builds you a bootable USB stick that does the whole job in one pass. Plug it into a new or wiped machine, boot from it, and walk away. It installs Windows unattended, applies your organisation's configuration — device name, timezone, security hardening, a managed local admin — and installs your chosen apps straight from the stick. No Wi-Fi password, no Microsoft account prompts, no downloads. When it reboots, the machine is ready to hand over.

Your Windows, your language

You supply your own licensed Windows install file (Windows 11 is published in 38 languages, including English (UK)) — Decolla never redistributes Windows. Use the version for your country and the machine comes up in the right language with the right keyboard from the first screen. For the corner cases, the builder can also fetch a language pack from Decolla's own store and bake it into the image for you, with every file size-verified before it's used.

Junk-free from the first screen

The builder services the Windows image before it ever touches a machine: the drivers for your exact hardware model injected, and the pre-installed consumer clutter — Xbox apps, Solitaire, Bing extras and the rest — stripped out. A guarded blocklist makes it physically impossible to remove anything Windows actually needs (the Store, security tooling, the enrolment stack are hard-protected), and the removals survive future Windows feature updates. Machines boot clean and junk-free — and update baking (the latest Windows patches pre-injected) is in final testing, landing next.

Build once, copy fast

The first build does the heavy lifting; after that, the finished image is cached on your machine. Every further stick with the same settings is a straight copy — roughly 10–15 minutes — so provisioning ten machines doesn't cost ten build sessions. (The cache stays local: your licensed Windows never leaves your computer.)

No command line. Ever.

Double-click the builder and it walks you through with ordinary pop-ups: a file picker for your Windows install file, a picker for your client profile (it remembers your last one), a couple of yes/no questions — like stripping the consumer apps — and it suggests a readable admin password. When it finishes, a "USB READY" pop-up shows you the login for the machines you're about to build. If you can install a printer, you can do this.

Guarded by design

Writing a bootable stick means erasing a disk, so the builder treats it that way: it auto-detects the USB stick, shows you exactly which disk it found and what's on it, and will only proceed if you type ERASE plus that disk's number. Anything else aborts with nothing touched. Every build is verified before it's declared done — the payload is checked onto the stick, the image's language manifest is confirmed, and a servicing pass that fails any check is discarded rather than shipped half-finished.
